I went to Pepper for the first time yesterday and I will definitely be back!! The place is very clean and has real doors (not just curtains, like some other foot spas) which made me feel more comfortable and relaxed. Jeff did my combo massage and it was fantastic - especially the foot reflexology part. He also worked out all the knots on my back - but in a way that didn’t hurt, it felt good! Prices are very reasonable. Staff was friendly and kind. I love that they are open daily - makes it really convenient. Location is good and feels like a safe area. It’s right next to desperados, one of my faves!! I will definitely be back!!

Pepper Foot Spa is a hidden gem! From the moment you walk in, the spotless, cozy atmosphere sets the tone for an incredible experience. The staff are true professionals who genuinely care about making you feel your best. The massages here are next level but if you've never tried, ask for the back walk massage. It is an experience unlike anything else. The pressure, technique, and relief it delivers is simply amazing. I walked in hunched over with tension and walked out completely renewed. Prices are beyond fair, and they're open every day of the week, so treating yourself has never been easier. Whether it's a foot massage, deep tissue, or that legendary back walk, Pepper Foot Spa never disappoints. I'm a customer for life!

The 60 minute foot massage was wonderful. Worth the money. Worth your time. What a pleasant surprise to find right here in Richardson! We'll definitely go back.

This has been my go-to for years. I suffer from chronic shoulder pain and this is the only place in town that provides relief. They are great about getting you in on short notice. My husband loves getting his back walked on - do not miss out on this experience! Clean rooms, friendly staff, great prices. 5 stars.

I think if you get someone good, it's a great spot. My sister had Jeff, who was amazing. However, I ended up with the woman working at the front desk (I think they may have been short-staffed), and unfortunately she was awful.
